Comments are another story!
I’ve been puttering about in the backroom here at the blog today. Just a bit here and there upgrading and tweaking – and nuking the background and some of the post formatting and…
*Ahem*
As I was poking around and reviewing the comments (some of which are STILL making me too crazy-mad to deal with) I decided it’s not a lack of things to post about that is keeping me out of here. It’s the general expectation ‘out there’ that I need to commit myself to being available for comments before I am allowed to post anything. Then I thought “Heh. It’s my blog and if I want to post something without allowing comments there’s a nifty little button that lets me. The world will not end if I choose to do that and if people on the internetz say “She’s doin’ it ‘rong!” I will survive.”
SoooOOoooo….
I’m going to be sharing things that interest me and directing people to the source for comments on anything I might share that is comment worthy (since I think that’s a cool thing to do). I won’t be apologizing for not enabling comments – cuz it’s my blog and I don’t have to if I don’t want to *grin* but it is my intention to get the blog feeling spifty* enough that I want to open up comments.
Now, About that damn background that seems to have headed off for parts unknown…
* yes, I made up that word. I’m quirky that way.
